Covering an area of 3000 sq.ft, with a seating capacity of 80 passengers at a time, the lounge operated round the clock. The lounge boasts a host of luxurious amenities, including a well equipped bar and a snack counter. The lounge has small but well equipped business centre, which provides facilities like local and long distance phone calls, fax, photocopy and internet services. There are also sufficient power points for passengers who want to work on their laptops

The Maharaja Lounge in Chennai offers lounge services for various international airlines from the Anna International Terminal. The lounge operated round the clock and has a capacity to accommodate 40 passengers at a time. The lounge is equipped with a snack buffet counter, a bar area and a shower in both ladies and gents wash rooms. To cater to the business needs of passengers the lounge also has a business centre with Internet and other facilities like a music centre, newspaper and magazine rack and television.

TAJSATS runs the Indian Airlines lounge at the Kamaraj Domestic Terminal at the Chennai Airport. This lounge is meant for Indian Airlines' Business Class and First Class passengers, who fly from the domestic terminal. The lounge operates from 04.00 hrs till the last flight departure and has a capacity to accommodate 22 passengers at a time. The lounge has facilities like Internet browsing, television, newspapers, magazines, washroom, pantry and a monitor, which gives the status of the flights.
